    Per agreement at the senior management meeting, kindly be informed of the rules for Top Sales Award and Top Sales Manager Award as follows:

       1. Award for 1 Top Sales and 1 Top Sales Manager for E China An European or US trip with your spouse.

       2. Qualification for the Awards

       -  One full year service

       -  100% or above achievement of your yearly target set by your managers

       -  33% or above market share within the region you are in charge

       -  A good team play with good communication, discipline and a person of integrity

       -  Right attitude with good commitments to your jobs

       3. Criteria for Top Sales

          Criteria 1 -

          The  judgment  for  Top  Sales is based on the percentage achievement over the target set  by  your  manager in line with bonus planning guideline with your actual total year T&E expenses into consideration. Your T & E expenses consideration will be in line with your total year sales revenue.

          Criteria 1 will score 80% for final Top Sales Award.

          Criteria 2 -

          Senior Management will have 20% say for final Top Sales Award.

       4. Criteria for Top Sales Manager

          Criteria 1 -

          The Top Sales Manager is the top performer based on the bonus planning guideline.

          Criteria 1 will score 80% for final Top Sales Manager Award.

          Criteria 2 –

          Senior Management will have  20%  say  for final Top Sales Manager Award.

      

    The company reserve the right for the explanations of the above rules.

    根据高层管理会议协议,现将最佳销售员工奖及最佳销售经理人奖的评定规则通知如下:

     

    1.  本年度E(中国)最佳销售员工及最佳销售经理人将获得一次免费的欧洲或美国旅游(携偶)

    2.  奖项基本要求:

    -          工作满1

    -          超额或达到由上级分配的年度工作任务指标

    -          在所辖区域的市场占有率达33%以上(含33%

    -          在团队中具有良好的沟通能力,自律并正直

    -          较好的完成工作任务并且态度端正

    3.最佳销售员工奖评定标准

    标准1:根据奖金计划指南,基于其完成上级分配的销售指标的百分比来评定,同时也考虑T&E方面的年度总花费。将根据其年销售收入总额来考虑T&E花费。

    标准1占评定总分的80%

    标准2:高级管理人员的评语将占评定总分的20%

    4.最佳销售经理人评定标准

    标准1:基于奖金计划指南,最佳销售经理人是表现最佳者。

    标准1占评定总分的80%

    标准2:高级管理人员的评语将占评定总分的20%
